Sporty Social was built on the Code Hub feature, where I led a cross-functional team of 17. I planned the roadmap with senior executives, guided the design process, created specs for developers, worked with QA to ensure a smooth launch, and evaluated success with the BI team.

SportyBet Website Reskin
B2C | 2024
I led the development of SportyBet’s new trader-focused website. I set the art direction, created the design system, worked with senior executives to refine details, and collaborated with engineers to bring it to life. The site was designed for desktop users, offering a unique betting experience that combines live event viewing with betting.

This portfolio showcases my commitment to creating user-centered experiences that provide real value. During my four years at Sporty Group, I progressed from Senior Product Designer to Staff Product Designer and later transitioned to a Product Manager role. In this position, I led a team of 17 to deliver three projects from start to finish, focusing on aligning user experience with business goals. My journey has given me hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, design, development, testing, and launch.

I designed payment solutions for Africa Regions and Brazil, tailoring each experience for regional needs. Leveraged data, user observations, and optimized payment flows to ensure a seamless transaction experience.

Sporty.com is the ultimate app for sports fans, offering the latest sports news, live football scores, and odds on favorite football matches and other sports. I was responsible for establishing the desktop design, creating social chat functionality, and optimizing the mobile onboarding experience with personalization features to enhance the user journey.
Design Sprints
2024









In addition to our daily tasks within the product teams, our design team runs design sprints four times a year. I typically lead these sprints alongside a researcher and a senior designer. Together, we analyze data, identified user problems, and proposed potential solutions, which we then pitched to senior executives. All of our design sprint ideas were adopted and are now in production. Notably, one idea centered on Booking Codes became a major feature, contributing additional revenue to SportyGroup.

SportyGroup was launching a new brand called Football.com, as a sister brand to SportyBet. I led a team of seven designers to develop a fresh brand identity for Football.com. We conducted workshops for logo ideation, competitive research, and colour theory to shape the brand's identity. I presented and pitched our concepts to senior executives. Subsequently, I created the logo guidelines and led the team in supporting the reskin of the new product, Football.com. Collaborating closely with developers, we successfully launched the Football.com mobile site within two months.

Pleased is Sporty Group's in-house customer Helpdesk platform. I led the design of the agent dashboard, establishing design guidelines and creating features to monitor agent performance and end-user Helpdesk inquiries, ultimately improving the overall quality of customer service and enhancing the end-user experience.
